What does SoldCount actually show me?
On any TikTok Shop product page: how fast it's really selling (from repeated readings of the public sold counter), where its price sits against the same product from other sellers (a rail from the cheapest to the priciest, with this listing marked on it), and whether it's selling faster or slower than last week (plus a 30-day sparkline). Each number is labeled with confidence and freshness.
Is it free? What's the catch?
Free to start, with no card: every new account gets Gold free for its first 60 days. We don't take payments yet. The paid plans will be Silver at $39 and Gold at $79 a month, shown on the pricing page before anything changes.
Will this get my shop in trouble?
No. SoldCount is read-only – public pages only, no seller login, no writes, least-privilege browser access.
How is it different from the spy dashboards?
They're portals you log into and check, priced for agencies, with daily quotas. SoldCount reads the numbers in the page and pushes you the moment a watched listing undercuts you, suddenly sells much faster, or sells out. The alert comes to you.
Does it work on any listing, or only mine?
Any TikTok Shop listing – a competitor's just as much as your own. Seller Center only ever shows you your own shop.
Where do the numbers come from, and are they accurate?
From the public data TikTok embeds in each product page, read every 6 hours so we can measure change. We need about 7 days of history before showing how fast a listing sells; until then we say "not enough history yet." Every figure carries its confidence and freshness.
What does it NOT do?
No profit/fees/P&L, no real inventory counts, no ads/attribution, no creator/affiliate data, no compliance calls, and it never reprices or writes to your shop. A public page can't tell us those honestly, so we don't pretend.
Can my own AI assistant use the data?
Yes. Create a key under Automations, Connect your AI assistant, and your Claude or ChatGPT can read everything SoldCount shows you. You choose whether it can act as well as read, and it acts only inside SoldCount, never on your TikTok Shop. Anything you flag as sensitive waits for your approval, and you can switch any of it off, or delete the key outright, at any time.
