Use SoldCount in Claude

SoldCount’s connector lets Claude read your SoldCount data: the TikTok Shop listings you watch, how many sold in the last 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days, their prices, their rivals and your alerts.

Claude can also make changes in your own SoldCount account: your watchlist, your tags, how big a change is worth an alert, and which alerts are silenced.

It never writes to any TikTok shop. No listing, price or stock level can be changed from Claude.

Every figure comes with SoldCount’s confidence. When there is not enough history yet, the answer says so instead of giving a number.

1. 1.From the Claude directory

   In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors (in some versions it is Customize, then Connectors). Browse the directory, find SoldCount and choose Connect.

2. 2.By address, as a custom connector

   In the same Connectors screen, add a custom connector and paste this address:

   https://mcp.soldcount.com/mcp

3. 3.In Claude Code

   Run this command in your terminal:

   claude mcp add --transport http soldcount https://mcp.soldcount.com/mcp

   Then run /mcp in Claude Code and pick SoldCount to sign in.

The SoldCount plugin for Claude is in the directory too. It bundles the connector with a skill that explains each tool to Claude.

When you connect, Claude opens a SoldCount page. Sign in with your SoldCount account, by email or with Google. Check that the app name is the one you expect, then choose Allow.

From then on Claude acts as you. It sees your watchlist and works within your limits.

Claude picks the tool for your question. The names below are the ones Claude shows when it asks to use a tool.

  Find a listing and read its figures: how many sold, its day-by-day history, its price against the same product sold by other shops, and the figures for its category.

• Read your watchlist

  Your watched listings, which ones are selling faster or slower, who is under your price, estimated sales value, today’s summary and your recent alerts.

  Claude opens an alert stream, picks up new alerts as they land, and closes the stream when you stop.

• Written verdicts

  • vet_product

  A written judgment: a Product check, a Price explanation, or an Entry window for a listing.

  Each one runs an AI model, so it has a smaller hourly budget.

  Entry window saves its answer. When the answer changes, it raises an alert on that listing, and everyone who watches the listing sees it.

• Changes to your SoldCount account

  Start or stop watching a listing, set how big a change is worth an alert, add or remove a tag, ask for a listing’s next reading sooner, and silence alerts or end a silence.

  These change only your SoldCount account. Claude asks you before it runs one.

  If you marked an action for approval, it waits for your yes in SoldCount before it applies.

  Every change is recorded in your SoldCount activity.

In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors. Choose SoldCount, then Disconnect.

To cut access from SoldCount’s side, open Automations, then Connect in the SoldCount web app. Revoke the connected app, or the API key. It stops working on its next call.

• Claude sends SoldCount the tool calls it makes and what is in them, for example a listing id or a tag name.
• SoldCount never receives your conversation with Claude.
• SoldCount keeps a record of every change made through the connector in your activity log.
• SoldCount keeps the sign-in grant (which app, when you connected it, when it was last used) until you revoke it.
