Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using SoldCount, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

SoldCount provides read-only analytics on publicly available TikTok Shop listing data, including estimated sold counts, price bands, and momentum. These figures are estimates derived from observed public data and are not guarantees.

• SoldCount never writes to, reprices, or operates your shop or any marketplace.
• The service is for informational purposes only and is not financial, legal, or listing advice.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the service (generally 13 or older).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its data;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service or its content beyond normal use;
• misrepresent SoldCount data as your own or as an official marketplace figure.

Intellectual property

SoldCount and its licensors own the service, software, branding, and original content. You retain any rights you have in the listings and data you provide. The public marketplace data we surface remains subject to that marketplace’s terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the data or figures are accurate, complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoldCount and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use is unlawful or harmful. Sections that by nature should survive termination (for example, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
